edelkrone Reseller Terms and Conditions

 

Discounts and Pricing

Standard Discount: We are pleased to offer you a 30% discount on all products listed on our website. The shipment will commence 2 weeks after the completion of your payment.

Combining Discounts: Resellers can combine their 30% discounts with all-time available bundle offers and limited-time storewide discounts offers. 

Order Value Limits: The total value of all bundle purchases and discounted orders you’ve made in the last 12 months cannot be more than the total value of your regular orders during the same time.

Separate Processing: Regular orders, store discounted orders, and bundle orders will be processed, issued with separate Purchase Orders (POs), and shipped separately.

Price Protection Guarantee: We offer a price protection guarantee for products that have been in your stock for less than one month. If our product prices permanently decrease (temporary discount campaigns are excluded), we will refund you the difference between your purchase price and the new lower price. If the product prices increase, we will not charge you any additional amount for the stock you already have on hand.

Minimum Advertised Price: We respectfully ask that you refrain from offering edelkrone products at prices lower than those listed on our website.

 

Ordering and Payment

No Purchase Quotas: We do not impose a monthly or annual minimum purchase quota on our dealers; you are free to order as much or as little as you need.

How to Order: Resellers can order and pay directly from edelkrone.com. Alternatively, orders can be placed by sending an email to wholesale@edelkrone.com.

  • Price List: Our price list can be accessed here.
  • Payment Details: Our bank wire details can be accessed here.
  • Transfer Commissions and Fees: All transfer commissions and fees must be paid by the reseller.

Shipping and Customs

Free Shipping: We do not charge a shipping fee for any orders.

Customs Fees: The reseller is responsible for paying any customs fees. Shipments are sent under the DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

 

Demo Products

Eligibility for Demo Units: If the value of the demo products you currently have is less than 5% of your total orders in the last 12 months, you are eligible to request additional demo units to match this value.

Display Requirement: Dealers requesting demo products are required to provide us with visual evidence of how these demo products are displayed. Failure to provide satisfactory visual evidence may result in these demo products being subsequently invoiced.

 

Product Descriptions and Promotion

Marketing Materials: We supply the most current and effective descriptions, images, and videos on our website. You are welcome to use this content to promote our products.

 

Warranty and After-Sales Support

Products Under Warranty: For products under warranty, we will resolve any issues by choosing one of the following options:

    • Calling the product in for free repair.

    • Sending replacement parts for free.

    • Swapping the product with a new one for free.

We reserve the right to choose the most suitable solution from these options.

Products Not Under Warranty: For damaged products not covered by the warranty, we can assist by:

    • Calling the product in for paid repair.

    • Providing a quote for replacement parts.

    • Offering a replacement product.

 

Reseller Listings

Visibility on Our Website: While we cannot promise regional exclusivity to any of our dealers, we will publish the full list of our resellers on our website. If your company is not listed, please send us an email at wholesale@edelkrone.com to request an update.

 

Terms Changes and Termination

Amendments to Terms: We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time. We guarantee that we will always seek mutually beneficial terms, and any changes will aim to improve the benefits for both parties.

Right to Terminate: We recognize that our dealers have the right to stop working with us at any time, without explanation. We value our cooperation with you and will continue to work with you as long as it is beneficial for both parties. However, under no circumstances can we offer refunds; we can only offer free after-sales support for products protected under our warranty.
