We are pleased to offer you a 30% (Shipment in 2 weeks) discount on all products on our website. Please note that the mentioned waiting time periods for shipment will commence following the completion of your payment.

We do not impose a monthly or annual minimum purchase quota on our dealers, so you are free to order as much or as little as you need.

We do not charge a shipping fee for any orders.

The reseller is responsible for paying any customs fees. Shipments are sent DAP

Resellers can order and pay directly from edelkrone.com. Alternatively orders can be placed by sending an email to wholesale@edelkrone.com. Our price list is here.

If the value of the demo products you currently have is less than 5% of your total orders in the last 12 months, you are eligible to request additional demo units to match this value. Furthermore, dealers requesting demo products are required to provide us with visual evidence of how these demo products are displayed. Failure to provide satisfactory visual evidence may result in these demo products being subsequently invoiced.

We promise to supply the most current and effective descriptions, images, and videos on our website, and we welcome you to use the content on our website to promote our products

We respectfully ask that you refrain from offering edelkrone products at prices lower than those listed on our website.

For products under warranty, we will solve the problem by choosing one of the following: calling the product in for free repair, sending parts for free, or swapping the product with a new one for free. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable solution from these options.

For damaged products that are not covered by the warranty, we can help you solve the issue by calling the product in for paid repair, quoting for replacement parts or replacement product.

We are offering you a price protection guarantee for products that have been in your stock for less than a month. If our product prices decrease, we will pay you the difference. If the product prices increase, we won't reflect any cost for the stock you have on hand.

While we cannot promise regional exclusivity to any of our dealers, we will publish the full list of our resellers on our website. If your company is not listed on our resellers list, please send us an email at wholesale@edelkrone.com and request an update.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions anytime we see fit. We guarantee that we will always seek mutually beneficial terms, and our changes will always try to improve the benefits for both parties.

We recognize that our dealers have the right to stop working with us at any time, without explanation. We value our cooperation with you and will continue to work with you as long as we believe it is beneficial for both parties. That being said, under no circumstances can we offer refunds we can only offer free after sales support for products protected under our warranty.
